It’s my favorite time of the week. And to enter into the Sabbath, and celebrate the end of the week, I decided to make myself a healthy, tasty dinner that would make appeal to my senses and still be running-fuel appropriate.
Earlier, I posted a list of foods that runners should eat and this meal hits some of the high points. Roasted root vegetables, baked chicken breast and sauteed vegetables.
And that’s it! Dinner is served! A few minutes of prep work and let the oven do the rest. And because one of the most important things about food is the taste, you’ll be happy to hear that… Yes, it tastes delicious!
