Hard going this week on the MODRUN but I feel great about having accomplished Day 6 of the 2nd Week. Today’s run was supposed to be a long run but I didn’t have much left in the tank so I knew it was only going to be about 4 miles or so. I ended up running 4.37 miles in 45 minutes.
The pain in my left calf muscle returned when I took my walk break but it wasn’t nearly as bad as yesterday so I am happy about that.
I am REALLY looking forward to taking a day off tomorrow to rest my legs – if walking around church in stilettos all day can pass for resting my legs. Ah, but I love it!
