This evening I was running a little behind schedule and I only had 15 minutes to run but I wanted to run anyway. So I did!
I didn’t even put on proper gear. I wore a tech shirt and cargo shorts, laced up my running shoes and just ran.
It was really humid outside so I got really sweaty in that 15 minutes.
I ran a little over a mile and a half in that 15 minutes and I was back at home to get showered and changed for my meeting.
Hopefully, tomorrow I can do a proper run, with a proper distance. But today’s run was what I considered the best use of my 15 minutes.
When you only have 15 minutes to run, RUN!
