It’s raining in New York City. I had planned a long run for today but it’s raining so hard, I don’t want to get my running shoes wet. Ahhhh, but these are #prosperityproblems
So I turned to some Pinterest indoor workouts to get my 30 workout.
I did a combination of these two sets of moves
It might look simple but it is NOT easy.
I refueled with some oven fries made with coconut oil, a Dr Praegers veggie burger with spinach and red bell pepper. Delicious and filling. This will set me up for the rest of the day.
And I’ll move my long run to Sunday, which means I need to be up and in the park by 7:00 a.m. on Sunday.
I’m really glad that if I have to stay inside! I have some world class entertainment in the form of the 2014 World Cup. I am finally catching the World Cup Fever. Soccer (a.k.a Football), Brazil, Athletic ability on display. What’s not to love?
