Obviously, there are many diets around. Some work temporarily. Some don’t work at all.
I found this picture online last night and thought it was hilarious because it illustrates a lot of what’s wrong with so-called diets.
The best diet is the one that works for you. Diet shouldn’t be a bad word. Diet really only means the way you eat. It shouldn’t mean popping pills, or enduring hunger pangs or eating only lettuce for 5 days. Diet should be what you eat all day, everyday.
The best diet you can adopt is to Eat Right – lots of vegetables, lots of fruits, lots of natural, unprocessed foods with a little splurge to keep meals interesting and appetizing. And there’s no pill for that.
