WIAW: Can You Eat The Rainbow In A Day?

My challenge was to eat foods that had every color of the rainbow in a day – red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. 1.These blueberries actually have an indigo color so I am checking off blue and indigo with my breakfast of an oatmeal/granola mix, with chia seeds, fresh blueberries and almond milk. 20140723-095607-35767506.jpg 2. This vegetarian medley had Orange – carrots, green -pepper and violet – cabbage (along with brown – mushrooms and white – angel hair pasta 20140722-231258-83578543.jpg 3. Red from tomato sauce and the yellow-ish garbanzo beans in these potato nuggets 20140723-112249-40969345.jpg 4. Do yellow M&Ms count? 20140723-112334-41014642.jpg (Just kidding – maybe if the candies themselves were yellow. But they weren’t.)
