On a lazy Sunday morning, when there’s no annoying alarm, there’s the temptation to sleep until you’re tired, eat everything in the kitchen because you’re buying more groceries today and avoid the gym because it’s the weekend and you don’t want to deal with the crowds.
But the things you do today can and will count towards your goal. Today counts either for or against you.
And don’t worry, I’m not just talking to you, I’m talking to me. On a rare Sunday at home, I’m likely to avoid all the things I have to do, do the things I shouldn’t and not have anything positive to show for my time. But today is an opportunity to accomplish, to fight for my dreams, to make one more step towards the goals I’ve been reaching for.
