How is the weekend over already? It was Men’s weekend at church and I loved the emphasis that we got about how important men are. I got to see the young men that I work with, show that they are ready to lead out. Last week was a bust in terms of reaching my targets and almost every goal I had has been pushed over to this week:
- Get to 45,000 words in the novel. (I am lagging behind at 24,300. Marathon write-in sessions ahead)
- Exercise everyday
- Healthy eating – except for Thanksgiving. I plan to eat everything on Thanksgiving, which is why I am eating light in the days leading up to Thursday’s feast. See the meal plan below
- Make 2 handmade gifts
- Launch the Etsy store.
- Reach out to 3 friends – last week, I only contacted 1 old friend although the joy from chatting with her completely filled my heart so it was enough 🙂
- Do one Random Act of Kindness everyday
Last week, it feels like all my energy was focused on getting through the dailies in the cold weather we had. This week, warmer weather, I hope, will lead to better productivity. Now I’m into my getting-ready-for Thanksgiving mode, like this meal plan. What are your goals this week? What are your Thanksgiving plans? More weekend recap posts on B Loved Boston. Wow, way to go, you are ambitious! I love love loooove your goals to reach out to old friends and random acts of kindness! Best of luck on your novel this last week of November! 🙂
