WIAW: Going Rogue

What to eat after thanksgiving when your appetite is still high but you’re trying to get back to regular sized portions?

With no meal plans this week, I’m just eating what I love.

Like chunky peanut butter on whole wheat bread with Apple slices and chia seeds…


… like this sampler plate…


… and salads with carrots from my garden’s late harvest…



…and sugar-free cookies (yes, I made them, and I’ll put up the recipe soon)


I love meal planning but I also love eating whatever I have around. There’s a lot to be said for going rogue
