Week 2 Day 2

Monday’s run. Short. My ankle didn’t hurt (I thought I might have twisted it on Sunday) but the soles of my feet did. I think the daily pounding of the pavement might be taking its toll. And it was cold. Except, Monday’s weather is predicted to be the highest temps all week. So, MODRUN2015 Week 2 is shaping up to be a cold one. Brrrrr.On the run http://runwright.net

Except, no matter the temps, I have no problem sweating during or after the run. When I got home, I did some planks to stretch out… and left these sweat puddles on the floor.
