Scenes from the weekend:
Some quality time spent under the covers with Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s One Hundred Years of Solitude and honey roasted nuts. I think I might have been in la-la land because I didn’t know Senor Marquez had died until I saw him in the Oscar memoriam tribute last night. So now, reading this book is even more meaningful to me. I’ve read his writing before (Love in the time of cholera) but now, I’m adding his other novels to my Must-read list.
Praise and worship. The music this group of young people brought really lifted my heart.
Helping my group of young people define their goals and create vision boards of their own.
Working on the meal plan and prep – I’ll be eating an abundance of fruit and vegetables this week. Eat Right, Live Right, Run Wright!
What was the best part of your weekend?

Looks like your meal prepping is going well!
The best part of my weekend was finishing “To Kill a Mockingbird.” I reread it and find that I love it this time around!
