A hearty breakfast of sautéed kale and mushrooms, steamed carrots, an egg
Lunch of salad, stewed potato and chicken
Dinner was a fantastic quinoa salad – with curried chick peas, mushrooms, diced apples, carrots, peppers. You have to try it yourself.
To keep hydrated, I’m eating my way through a bag of oranges…
… and boosting my electrolytes with coconut water

I have that same “cold” headache – a constant sinus pain behind my eyes and it’s killing me! I’m trying to stay hydrated and eat well too, but you’re knocking it out of the park!
