If the term “eating raw” has you shrinking back in fear of turning your nose up in distaste, then this post is for you. Today, I’m sharing how easy it is to incorporate raw foods into your meals.
Breakfast:
Lunch:
Dinner: boiled potato chunks, Ackee and salt fish and raw kale-tomato-broccoli-cucumber salad, dressed with olive oil, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Delicious!!

Yeah many people told me the same! I eat a lot of raw carrots because I’m so lazy cooking ;). It’s not that bad…
