Breakfast: Tuna salad sandwich with greens and roasted red pepper, water with orange slices. (Fun fact: I have a summer cold so I had glasses of water with orange slices x about 20 and made about the same number of trips to the bathroom. Fun indeed!)
Lunch: salad with carrots, apples, greens, tomatoes, poached chicken chunks (similar to this one I made last week)
Dinner: Poached chicken, steamed broccoli, corn on the cob, strawberries on the side. I had some jerk sauce/gravy to drizzle over my chicken.

Exercise: Yesterday’s workout was putting in my 10,000 steps plus an hour of “swimming” in the pool in the evening. My friend and I tried to pool-run from one end of the pool to the other. I thought I could win. I tried to win. Epic fail … but fun nonetheless.
