Today, my workout will focus on running. Granted, I’m not fast so my sprints are more like a fast jog but the plan is to go as fast as I can for a minute, slow it down to a walk, run at a moderate pace for another minute then slow it down to a walk.
Fitness experts say running at a varied speed and intensity helps train the body to go faster, although when I hear the phrase “Go Faster” all I remember is the kid in Talladega nights urging Ricky Bobby (Will Ferrell) to speed in the car.

Ok so I am definitely going to use this. I needed a recharge for my running. This sounds like just the thing!

Do it! Let me know how it feels. If it’s too easy, you can just increase the number of reps.

It’s definitely great to mix up your running pace. Doesn’t matter how fast you are.

Nice workout! I’m doing more speed work these days, and it seems to be making it easier to run at a faster pace. And nothing wrong with a fast jog! 🙂
