Last week, I promised myself that I would amp up my daily activity. And today I set a standard I probably won’t make for the rest of the week but it made for a really active Sunday. Indeed today will be remembered as the day I walked a half marathon in my neighborhood so although I did a Fitness Focus post a couple days ago, I think this accomplishment deserved it’s own special record in my memory book.
Now, if I could only do this again tomorrow.
