Writing Sprints

Today, my NaNoWriMo goal is to write 10,000 words. If you’re on Twitter, you can follow my progress as I attempt several writing sprints to reach my goal. My Twitter handle: @kamari2001

I just did my first 30 minute sprint where I wrote 868 words.

First writing sprint of the day, Day 27 of NaNoWriMo 2016Not bad, I think and my goal for the next sprint is 1000 words in 30 minutes. 10K words is totally achievable if I write for 5 hours with an average of 2K words per hour. Easy peasy…. Not!

It’s the last weekend of the challenge. Day 27 today and I am still thinking I can catch up. I haven’t given up on myself, don’t give up on me.

Lots of NaNoWriMo-ers have already finished the challenge. Congrats and kudos to them.

If you’re doing the challenge, how is it going for you? Or what other November goal did you have that you’re working on?

  2. Seems like a challenge you can accomplish! Little late to the party :0 But to get back into blogging I am trying to visit two blogs a day and write for at least 10-20 minutes about anything 😛 so that I can blog post 3x a week. ^.^ I MISS IT! I hope you end your November strong in all the goals you had aimed for at the beginning of the month. I know you can!

How’d it go? I only did one day of NaNoWriMo this year, but I was happy to have started my book. I know I’ll keep going over the next few months. It’s just hard to find the time for that on top of everything else I do. I’m kind of a crazy Doer. 🙂
