Laid Back

Unbelievably, it’s goal time again and this time I am happy to post my new goals because just a  few hours into the new week, I’ve already started accomplishing them.

I have a camping trip this weekend so the days before will be pretty consumed with planning for the trip and then executing the plan. However, in the middle of that, I plan to:

  • Read the Bible everyday
  • Read 2 books – 1 Fiction, 1 Non Fiction
  • Run 4 days
  • Blog everyday (look out for abbreviated posts when I’m in the “wilderness”)
  • Have a successful camping trip
  • Write everyday, even if’s just a couple paragraphs in my journal while I’m camping

I’m releasing myself from the pressure of any other goals so that anything else I accomplish will be a bonus.  That said, however, today, I sat down to write some fiction and wrote over 3000 words and that just started the week off right. You remember that last week was a challenging one and I really need this week to be better.

What about you? What are you looking forward to this week?

Other than the blog, I’m on: Amazon, YouTubeTumblrBloglovinInstagramPinterest and Twitter

      1. I took the weekend off. Focused on social media and blogging. Back at it today with edits for Glass as I prepare to send to a publisher!
