Counting today, there are 81 days left in 2018. I set a lot of goals at the beginning of the year that, unless I make some drastic steps, I won’t meet. But maybe this is the time to take those steps, stop fooling around and do the things I said I could do if I just set my mind to them. This is the time to set my mind and put things in place.
I wanted to reach and maintain a healthy weight. I did. And then I went back off track. I can start eating healthier today.
I wanted to get regular exercise. I did. And then I got lazy and started making excuses instead of attempts. I can go for a brisk walk or a run today.
I wanted to publish more. I wrote. And then I self edited and didn’t share. I can open up some of those files and start posting and publishing today.
I wanted to have better relationships. I started working on that. And then I made some difficult choices. And then some easy choices. I can start mending some fences and reaching out today.
Nothing is too daunting to take a single step in the right direction. I’ll be a working to be a little more intentional starting today. what about you? What do you want to accomplish in 2018 that you can start working on today?
