The lovely folks at TLC Book Tours provided me a copy of this beautiful cookbook in exchange for a little publicity via my Instagram feed but something you should know about me is that I love to cook and I love flipping through pretty pictures of food. I already have quite a collection of food-related books so A New To Food is a welcome addition but this book also includes to of the author’s own testimony about overcoming unhealthy eating habits and learning to love herself one healthy whole-food, plant based, meal at a time.
I took a lot of pictures trying to find the right one to publicize this book. Click over to my Instagram feed to see which picture I eventually chose and scroll through my Stories for even more out-takes.
