My Thoughts On The Book
I haven’t read a lot of thrillers lately but I’m a fan of this series and this author now. I love that there are Black characters here at their best and at their worst and I am here for a story that doesn’t just portray stereotypical roles but shows a diversity of experiences. I didn’t necessarily love the language and really wish there some parts had been toned down a bit but the storyline is engaging enough to help me block out some of those instances.
